Well someone's gotta clean up the dirt around here.

In searching for photos for Theme Thursday, I found these on my camera....taken by some unknown (coughGretacough) child.

Notice how it's mostly hay.  Hay.  Hay is the bane of guinea pig owner's existence.  We used to have rabbits. I swore I would never get another rabbit because the hay is so messy.  So, what do I do, but let my daughter get a guinea pig.  Good one, Amelia.

Whatever your homeschool organization looks like, it has to look better than mine.   And, only 17 months and she's already got the mis-matched flower pattern style thing going on...I foresee a closet full of shoes and clothes in this one's future.

Linking up with Cari for Theme Thursday, Dirt, of which we have aplenty.

  1. Oh guinea pigs. I had one, too- and there were cedar shavings strewn around the house for years. Even after the thing died.

In the summer, we get sand. And by sand, I mean there is a beach in my entryway. Every day. All those trips to the lake (a whole block away) makes for lots of sandy shoes!

  2. If it's on the floor, and you don't think it should be, it totally counts as dirt. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
